Diagnosis: Perfectly Healthy Baby!

Go figure!! Went to the doctor this morning and found out that there is nothing wrong with him and that he is perfectly healthy! Yeah!! The only thing Dr. Rose said was that his ears probably had pressure in them (kinda like when you're on an airplane) and it was hurting him to eat while the pressure was there. So until that pressure relieved itself it was making it uncomfortable to eat.
I guess the pressure subsided because he is eating perfectly fine!
So my morning was a little frantic. I only took a half day in the morning and his appointment was at 10:15am. We left the house at 9:45 and got there 5 minutes before hand. We got checked in and were in the waiting room until 10:30! Wyatt was getting fussy and wanting to eat so I made a bottle and of course the nurse calls us back. We get to the room and I go ahead and feed him a little while waiting or the doctor because it usually takes a good 10-15 minutes before the doctor arrives. Apparently not today! Dr. Rose arrived in less than a minute and had him checked in less than five minutes. So Wyatt didn't get to eat but an ounce before we had to leave the office and race to Aunt Cheryl's house. It takes 30 minutes to get from Manhattan to Paxico and I had to go there and back in an hour. I made it but it was very close!! I ate lunch during my planning period but at least I got to eat.

  2. That is exactly what our Dr. said yesterday about Jack - pressure in the ears similar to flying on a plane - I'm thinking these doctors get transcripts in school these days...in this case say this...haha! But yes exact same diagnosis and real-life relatable example! Too funny! But glad he is doing better. Jack didn't have a problem with eating, but she said he was probably crying so much b/c that was how he was relieving the pressure by moving the jaw and whatever...he hasn't been too bad though since Sunday so maybe we are moving past this bug!
