My Shining Star!

On Saturday Wyatt and I went with Becky & Brenda (teachers from TR) to the Pumpkin Patch Craft Show in Manhattan. It was a blast but we had our first encounter of being stranger aware. Let me preface this: at our last doctor's appointment, Dr. Rose, told us to start watching out because he is going to start becoming more aware of strangers and crying for us when he meets new people. We hadn't seen any of this until Saturday. I was wearing our Baby Bjorn and Wyatt was facing out, which is how he's always been worn, and we made it through the first row of booths and he burst into tears. He wasn't happy and was letting everyone know it. So I went outside and changed him so that he was facing front and then he was fine. He stayed like that the rest of the afternoon and didn't have any more crying fits.
While we were there I found the cutest invention. See pictures below. It looks like a star and you put your baby in it while outside without having to worry about extra bundling like mittens and extra layers. I would still have necessary clothes while your child is wearing this but it eliminates so many little things like hats and mittens, which of course never stay on!! So here are some pictures of Wyatt in his new star!! :)
