Shake, Rattle, and Roll

One of Wyatt's favorite toys is a take-along bowl with a lid on it that has one of his linkaroos inside. He has had this toy since he was 4-months old and loves the sound it makes and that he can shake it and hit it like a drum. Well me being the resourceful momma that I am decided to take an old Pepsi bottle, leftover from a visit with my mom, and make it into a big boy rattle. I washed it out and added egg noodles (we were out of just regular macaroni noodles) and put the lid on and now we have his second favorite toy! He loves seeing the noodles move around and has really gotten into shaking it all around. Right now we are working on him shaking it when I sing "Shake your booty" and do a little dance around him. So far he's catching on and likes to laugh at his silly momma dancing around the house. Here are some pics of him getting his shake on. :)
