Coming from house that hunts and owns several guns of different shapes and sizes, Wyatt is no stranger to seeing them and what they do. Wyatt has a great Nerf gun, courtesy of Uncle Matthew, and he loves to shoot it.
Tonight while I was working out he was trying to shoot me with the Nerf gun when I told him that we don't shoot people.We shoot animals and targets. He said okay. Later on, I saw him getting his stuffed elephant out of his toy box and shooting it with his gun.
After he had shot the elephant a couple of times he picked him up and said, "I'm sorry elephant. I have to shoot you because you're an animal." He hugged it and then gave the elephant his gun and told him that he could should an animal if he wanted. Apparently the elephant decided he was hungry and Wyatt made him pancakes instead and gave him a seat at his table. What a silly boy!
