Today I really tried to push myself while running and focus on distance of running and not just time. I skipped the 5 minute warm-up and ran instead. So I ran for 18 minutes straight without stopping which put me at 1.75 miles. I couldn't believe that I could do it. I just kept pushing myself and after the first quarter mile I said just do another and then did another. I did stop and walk for 2 minutes after that and then ran until the five minute cool down. I would say success!

After every run I have been trying to drink a Xypstix. This is a Xyngular product and the Xypstix contains aloe which helps restore muscles and your body for recovery after working out. I'm loving it and feeling better after my workouts rather than so tired and exhausted. So far, so good! :)
