Miss Me?

How cute is this face?! (I'm using it to distract you from the fact I haven't blogged in a month and a half.) Is it working?

 

To say that I've been busy since the middle of April to now, would be an understatement. I successfully finished my second semester of graduate school. There were a ton of projects, quizzes, and reading that had to be done! For all of my hard work I have A's in both classes and my 4.0 GPA is still intact! Go Me!

 

There is also my job that has had me crazy busy. We finally finished state assessments and passes with soaring colors! We had eight testing sessions that we had to get through for reading, math, and science. And once we got all of the testing done it was time to finish out the school year with it's myriad of assemblies, field day, field trips, and so many birthdays I hated the sight of cupcakes.

 

But this chaos is now over and I can rest start it all over again since I'm teaching summer school and taking two graduate classes this summer. No rest for the wicked!

 

Wyatt and I have several fun trips planned including four trips to the movie theater for their kid's movies on Thursdays. I'm taking four days off from summer school to take him and enjoy our popcorn and snacks together! I'm super excited and can't wait to watch something other than; Rio, Tarzan, Toy Story 1-3, or Madagascar 1-3. These movies are on a cycle at my house.

 

More summer plans will be posted soon. They mainly include training for my half-marathon, reading boring books, and taking some trips to visit family.
