I made sausage balls this morning for my colleagues at work. They were a big hit at our Christmas party so I thought they would be a welcomed surprise for everyone during this final week of school before Christmas break. I used 1-1.5 pounds of sausage, 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, and 2 cups of Bisquick. Melt the cheese a little bit in the microwave and then add in your sausage and Bisquick. Use your hands and start mixing everything together. When I'm finished mixing everything I use a scoop and sheet cake pans to cook my sausage balls. I cook them at 350-degrees for 20-25 minutes. I like mine with a little crisp so they go for 25 minutes. Love them and super easy to make! Sorry there aren't any pictures of the finished product, I had to wrap them in foil as soon as I was done. I still hadn't gotten ready for work and needed to jump in the shower. That and by wrapping them up it prevents me from eating them
all! :)

| What it looks like once mixed. After scooping balls out I like to go back and remix to get any extra Bisquick left on the bottom. |

| Ready to go into the oven for 25 minutes. My recipe can make almost 60 balls. I use two sheet cake pans like this and they are filled. |
Did you post this without words accidently? Ha. I want the recipe!
