Remodeling

Mike is in the process of remodeling our 100+ year old house. We started with getting a new HVAC system in 2007. Then Mike remodeled our upstairs bathroom with new everything; tile floor, toilet, sink/vanity, and shower in early 2008. His biggest project was in early 2009 when he remodelled the bedroom across from ours to be Wyatt's nursery. He put in a new window, tore out lathe and plaster for sheetrock, light fixtures, outlets, carpet, and even a wall paper border.
Mike's latest project is to start tearing out all of our old, cruddy windows and replacing them with new energy-efficient, low E, argon-filled, double pane windows. Here are some pictures of his progress!!
Side window finished

These are the windows on our back room/laundry room. There were 6 of these in a very small space. Needless to say it was very hot in the Summer and very cold in the Winter.

These are the new windows. Much smaller and only 2 as opposed to the 4 that were there before! Siding needs to go back up and then framing out the door. Then he only has 2 more to do on the back room.
