Kool-Aid Easter Eggs

Last year was the first year that we colored eggs with Wyatt and it went well. After seeing a post on Pinterest about using Kool-Aid for egg dye. We went shopping this morning for our Easter gathering tomorrow and picked up some Kool-Aid to try today.
Since it was such a beautiful day we brought out the picnic table and took everything outside for less mess! We put 2/3 cup cold water and the powder into a cup and mixed it. We added the eggs and then waited. They turned out great! I loved the bright, vibrant colors of the eggs and then the smel is wonderful as well. I lost Wyatt's interest about half-way through and he decided to play on his tractor instead. But of course he came back once they were done and wanted to pick them up and play with them! :)
