Half Marathon Training Week 4

This week I start week 4 of half marathon training. It's hard to believe that I've already spent the last three weeks training. I have even found myself thinking that three miles is a short distance! Shocker!! I never thought I would say that.

My goals this week are:
Tuesday-3 miles
Thursday-4 miles
Saturday-7 miles

I'm only running three days a week because the miles will start adding up soon and I don't want to injure myself. I'm starting to think I need to do some more cross training to get my muscle tone up. I'm not sure how I'm going to do this but thinking of doing some weight training. We shall see! I really love my rest days and use them to my advantage.

My new favorite running accessory are compression socks! I bought some last week and have been obsessed with them ever since. I wear them after each run and they have helped so much with shin splints.
