Hitting and Kicking and Screaming, Oh My!

Wyatt has started some new actions to repertoire of movements. Whenever he gets angry or doesn't want to do something he hits, kicks, and screams like he's being chased by Jason from Friday the 13th. Adorable I know!

I wasn't shocked at first but now it has just become ridiculous. We went through several hitting and screaming episodes during Hell Year, or as others may know it 3. And somehow we he made it out alive.

Last night was a culmination of the past two weeks and we finally just said D-O-N-E! We are done! He went to bed at 8:35pm with no snack or time to play. He didn't fall asleep instantly but spent a fair amount of time crying in his bed. He did eventually go to sleep.

Today has gone smoother and we haven't had any hitting/kicking/screaming instances. He has been reminded a couple of times that we can have a repeat of last night if he wants. That has kept him under check for today.
