4-Month Check-Up

Today was Wyatt's 4-month check up with Dr. Rose. After waiting forever, like always, we got to see Dr. Rose and found out that Wyatt is weighing in at a whooping 14lbs. 0.5oz, which puts him in the 32% for his age and weight. He is 26 inches tall, which puts him in the 83% for height and age. His head circumference was 43cm and that's the 75%. All in all everything went well and Dr. Rose was very impressed with how much he can push himself up when on his tummy. That was a relief because we haven't been doing really well on the whole tummy time issue. Oops, bad momma!! Dr. Rose gave us the green light to start solid foods and we are starting with cereal tonight. After that we will move onto yellow vegetables, then fruits, and finally green vegetables. Not sure about the whole color thing but I have a pamphlet he gave me to read about it and that's what I'm doing after finishing this. I'm so excited to be starting cereal!! I know Wyatt will be excited too. I will post pics afterwards. I'm sure they'll be a hoot to look at. :)
