Independence Day 2010

We were so excited that this year we could actually take Wyatt to the 4th of July parade, carnival, and car show and he would actually be interested in it. But alas, it rained, ALL DAY! So needless to say our plans changed quite a bit. Mike's mom, dad, and sisters came over for an early supper so we could go to the parade. It was raining pretty hard so we skipped the parade and went outside on the porch to shoot some smoke bombs. Mike and Matthew took the dirt bike and 4-wheeler out to go check out the happenings in Wamego. While we were shooting smoke bombs we had the parade people as they were getting done coming down our street! We saw all the floats that went by in the regular parade and even had candy thrown out to us. Score!! Here are some pics to capture a very wet Independence Day 2010.
