Working Out

Well my workout regime has been going pretty good. So far I've lost about 5lbs. which I can't really complain about. I haven't changed my calorie intake or what I eat so this weight is just from moving my booty around for at least 20 minutes on the ellipitcal! Go me!! I'm going to start adding my ab yoga dvd that Mike got me for Christmas each day along with my workout and see if that can help get rid of the flabbiness that I have going on in my stomach! We shall see!!
