We then went back to my mom's and Wyatt took a nap while I visited Stacie and Abraham. I got to see their new house and it is wonderful! Abe is growing like a weed and has such a sweet smile. It was great to see them both. :)
Wyatt was up from his nap and then we went to my Gram's house for a visit. Wyatt had a great time and was very excited to see his Great-Gram, especially since she had STRAWBERRIES!!
You gave me strawberries, love you!
Is there more?!
Trying to get every last one.
Laughing with one another. Love this pic!
That night we had dinner at my mom's house and then spent some quiet time together. Wyatt and Nana got to spend some quality time together reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar . Of course this moment was too cute and I had to get some pictures of them together.
Pointing out his favorite part to Nana.
Helping to turn the pages.
Listening so intently to Nana.
Finally a great picture of the both of them together!
Sunday morning we had our usual Nana-breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. Wyatt then had to venture into my mom's room and then decided to check out her ab machine. He kept calling it a bike and then saying bye to everyone as he would try to ride it.
He would push it back and forth while telling me bye.
Trying to move the handle bars.
Concentrating very hard!
For lunch we went to Great-Gram's again. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather. Wyatt helped my dad take out Great-Gram's garbarge and pushed his cozy coupe around the yard. We even had a photo op in the front yard and got some terrific Grandpa Flash and Wyatt pics. Hopefully those will come soon. All in all it was a great weekend in Chanute! :)
