Day 2-done

Today was day 2 of C25k and I was sore. I've been working on stretching whenever I can and that has helped with the sore muscles. Yes my muscles are sore after one day of walking/jogging for 30 minutes. I'm outta shape, so sue me! The real test is going to come tomorrow because I need to do Day 3 tomorrow instead of Monday. The plan has you resting a day between each jogging day but I won't be able to follow it this time. On Monday, I have a faculty meeting after school and won't be back to Wamego until 5:30pm and it will be dark by then, meaning no jogging for me. So I have planned in advance and decided not to skip two days between jogging days this early in the plan because I will be even more tempted to just not do it then. Fingers crossed that tomorrow is a good run! I've also added a rule to my running that whenever I'm done running no matter where I am on the trail I have to finish the lap. The first day I just walked far enough during the cool down that I could turn around and finish at my car. Today I finished my cool down and then finished walking my third lap which put my total distance at 2.7 miles. :)
