My recipe is for Sausage Balls. I've blogged about it before but wanted to post it again for those just reading this because it's so simple and easy to make. It only involves three ingredients, who doesn't love that!
Ingredients: 1 pound of sausage, 2 cups of cheddar cheese, 2 cups of Bisquick
Melt the cheese slightly and then add your sausage and your two cups of Bisquick. Start kneading it all together until you the picture above. This will take a little bit and you will have Bisquick left over in the bottom. If it's too sticky add more Bisquick They should look almost powdery because the Bisquick acts as a glue to hold the meat and cheese together. Use a melon baller and put them onto a cookie sheet like below.
Bake them in a 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes. I like mine crispier so we go for the full 25 minutes. Let them cool and and enjoy! :)
Hope you enjoy the recipe and love it as much as my family does!

Thanks so much for linking up. Those sound really good.
