Week 2-Day 1

Starting on Monday I started using my Lose It app again. I used it for a couple of weeks after Thanksgiving and really loved it but with the holidays and traveling several times and not having a good schedule I slacked completely off. Part of my goal to lose three inches from my belly will be not overeating and pigging out on junk.

Now running today wasn't pleasant. I ran after school today at City Park and it was a mess. This was the first day of Week 2 and even though the running has only increased by thirty seconds for each running interval it sucked! My calves were burning after the warm-up and didn't cease from there. I don't know what was going on but it wasn't my best run. Although if you look at the miles I did and the time I averaged 15 minute miles. So I guess that's not too bad.
